  • Led learning strategy and end-to-end delivery across two statewide modernization engagements, managing teams of up to 6 and reaching 25,000+ end users — from performance consulting and needs analysis through go-live, sustainment, and knowledge transfer.
  • Applied performance consulting to build a 3-year, 60-solution training roadmap — conducting stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and ticketing and Q&A data analysis to translate workforce gaps into a prioritized, milestone-aligned strategic plan.
  • Converted 100+ hours of ILT to scenario-based, 508/WCAG-compliant WBTs and microlearning — applying UDL principles and cognitive load theory to accelerate casework readiness, saving 500+ client hours annually; delivery quality drove a formal client request for 55 additional WBTs and expanded project scope.

    • R&D: Pioneered responsible Generative AI adoption across the practitioner pool — developed governance frameworks, prompt engineering standards, and AI-enabled ISD workflows that measurably accelerated design cycle efficiency while maintaining instructional quality.
    • Practitioner Upskilling: Designed a competency-based practitioner certification framework and an ongoing learning series that has reached 100+ practitioners — closing firm-wide gaps in scenario-based design, cognitive load reduction, and evidence-based consulting.
    • Knowledge Management: Manages SharePoint and Teams Confluence-style hub for centralized instructional resources.
